‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6, episode 1 video: The battle over Deeks
“NCIS: Los Angeles” fans, the wait is almost finally over! Now, you just have to wait and see if some of your TV dreams are finally going to come true for Deeks and Kensi.
The sneak peek below from Monday night’s “Deep Trouble (Part II)” certainly does not do a whole lot when it comes to giving stuff away, but it does give you a reminder of a couple of things:
- Clearly, Talia is not going to be going anywhere in the near future, and she will continue to have a proclivity to staying very near Deeks.
- On the other hand, Kensi is not so keen about this, and while she does not want to clearly tip her hat about how uncomfortable the two together make her, she does come up with a unique way to split them up again. (Basically, she decides to torment herself by riding with Talia, forcing Deeks to go to the hospital alone.)
As we’ve said many times before, we really do hope that we’re not looking at a situation here where Kensi and Deeks do not end up together. The show just seems to be a pretty crafty tease when it comes to keeping us waiting.
As strange as it may sound, we would not be surprised if the ratings on Monday night really help to dictate just how quickly the show decides to push this romance along. Like “The Amazing Race,” this show runs the risk now of being victimized in a timeslot with a ton of similar competition.
