‘Criminal Minds’ season 10 spoilers: What’s happening for Morgan away from work?

With the season 10 premiere of “Criminal Minds” coming on Wednesday, isn’t now the best time to share a little more character scoop?

We’ve talked quite a bit about the arrival of Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Kate Callahan over the past couple of months, and even a little about Thomas Gibson’s Hotch. With that in mind, isn’t now the best time for some further news on Morgan? Shemar Moore’s character is a favorite, and if you like his relationship with Savannah, you will be pleased to know that this is continuing.

“We want to play the very real relationship of two working adults who both save lives … She’s a doctor and he’s a superhero FBI agent.”

Personally, what we really like about the relationship is that it is different than what most other shows do, which is to typically give us a workplace romance. We like that there can be a couple of people who don’t spend a whole lot of time together during the day, but then come together and live out their relationship in their downtime. It is a little more realistic than everyone in the BAU hooking up with each other time and time again.
