‘Faking It’ season 2, episode 2 preview: A look at the rest of the season

Following last night’s season 2 premiere of “Faking It,” MTV released a longer look at what is coming up the rest of the season.

Basically, the one word that we would use to describe it as “complicated,” since we are going to build on almost everything that we saw on the show last year. Amy and Karma are going to struggle to keep their friendship, largely for a number of reasons. Amy’s not going to fall out of love with her anytime soon, and Karma feels like if she stays close with Liam, the two will have a hard time keeping their friendship. You also have to add in here many other secrets, including the fact that she and Liam slept together after the wedding last season. We actually feel like had the two come clean about it and admitted that they were both angry / drunk, they would be able to move past it. This way, there is almost no way we’re going to see Karma okay when she finds out. (We’re just assuming that she will.)

As a side story, you’re going to continue seeing Lauren try to deal with a variety of different struggles now that some out there know she was born intersex. Even when she gets close to a guy, she’ll wonder if someone else spilled the beans on her if not everything ends up being perfect.

New episodes will come every Tuesday for the rest of the year, and we’ll have further news all about it as the show progresses.
