TNT’s ‘Dallas’ season 3 finale spoilers: Josh Henderson on the death of a Ewing, more
“Dallas” season 3 is airing two episodes tonight, and one of them will make good on the TNT campaign that a member of the Ewing family will die. Who is it? You’re not going to find out until the episodes air, but you better believe that it could be something so shocking that your jaw hits the ground.
All series star Josh Henderson is willing to tell right now is that his own John Ross could be a casualty by the end of the episodes. After all, this is a guy who is currently on the road to redemption, whether it is with Pamela or many of the other characters on the show. Speaking to TVLine, the actor presented the following:
“We won’t all make it out alive … For the first time, nearly every character is in danger all at once. The stakes have never been higher … [John Ross] makes a big decision in the finale, a dangerous one, because he wants to do right … He wants to right his wrongs and make a big move, and that’s exactly what he does in the finale.”
In the end, we still feel like John Ross is going to make his way through this alive, and that’s only because the show probably wants a character as complicated as him to stick around. He adds layers and intrigue to everything, and we also feel like if the show wants to really shock people, they could do so by killing off either someone who is largely out of the line of fire, or someone who has been present on the show since the old days.
