TNT’s ‘Dallas’ season 3 finale spoilers: Further prepare for ‘Endgame’ now
“Dallas” has built itself quite the two-hour event on Monday night. The action is going to begin with the episode entitled “Endgame,” which will serve almost as a precursor for the finale itself in “Brave New World.”
While TNT has kept relatively quiet on the spoiler images from the latter episode, we do at least have some “Endgame” photos here that prove that Sue Ellen does mean a little bit of business. Tensions between families are at an all-time high, and the Ewing family has somehow figured out a way to make themselves more susceptible than ever before.
As you likely know by now, all of this is building up to what will be the biggest shocker-of-sorts of the entire summer: The death of a Ewing family member. For whatever reason, we actually are worried more for Linda Gray’s character than most, and that may just be tied to one simple notion: How do you really want to shock people who have been watching this show for a long time? Getting rid of a character who was a part of the original version of the show is definitely a way to do that.
The only reason that the show may opt for one of the “Dallas” 2.0 Ewings is that in the event the show does get renewed for a fourth season (which seems unlikely, but still possible) is because they want to find a way to ensure that there are still as many original cast members around as possible.
Luckily, we’re not going to be waiting that much longer to find out.

I don’t want it to be Bobby, or Sue Ellen – either one would RUIN the show for me. The only person, whose death would not upset me, would be Emma. Emma Bell is a good actress, and I would be a little sad for her, because she has done well in making Emma a loathsome character.

renew. renew, renew….I dont think it will be Bobby-They need a control guy and for now that is Bobby till Christopher get stronger, Pam is desired by both boys for one reason or another.,…the death will need to build hate and killing my lovely (and Lord Knows she is a favorite) Sue Ellen will build the Ultimate hate with Jr.s son….
Either way….show must be renewed!

Killing off S.E. would be the death of this show. TNT knows better.

For me, and its just my opinion, if Bobby is the one killed, I will stop watching in any fourth season. Just me, but that’s how I feel. I love the connection to the original series with him as the Ewing patriarch now.
Personally, I could deal with any other character going, but my hope is that its either Christopher or Pamela Rebecca. I would guess Christopher, though its a bit obvious. I don’t think Jessie Metcalf ever really clicked as Christopher and they could always bring on another of Bobby’s sons, Lucas, should the show return.

Is Cartermatt capable of writing an article without predicting doom and gloom for the show? TNT has already given the EP and writers the go ahead to begin writing for season 4, all the studios are still being paid for, and Cidre has informed that the overview script (Bible as she calls it) for Season 4 has already been submitted. It sounds like Season 4 will probably be a go.

No way can they kill off Sue Ellen … Bobby maybe but not the queen! My guess it’s Christopher, Pam or Ann.

They’re getting renewed for a 4th season. No more negative thoughts. Stay positive.
