‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ preview: Melissa Gorga, Dina Manzo hit up Florida

We are one day away from Sunday’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” episode, so why don’t we talk about something that has become a tradition of sorts on the show? We are of course talking about the annual trip for some of the women somewhere else, which is something that often does end in disaster.

Why is that? It’s hard to figure out, since you would think in theory that transported people somewhere sunny (like Florida, in this case) would give them an opportunity to relax, especially when there is so much snow up in the northeast.

However, that is not even remotely the case at all. Instead, what ends up happening is that you witness most of the women bring the drama with them from the other side of country, and also try to start new issues, such as more Amber Marchese gossip.

On the funnier side of things, we’re going to continue to see more efforts to try to get Dina Manzo a relationship, which has already resulted in some chaos at times. Also, Melissa Gorga may continue her tradition of being the at-times comic relief of this season. We prefer what she has going on right now so much more than anything that she was dealing with during the past two seasons and the whole “you ruined the family” back-and-forth that was continually driving us up the wall.
