‘Once Upon a Time’ puts Georgina Haig’s Elsa front and center for new poster
“Once Upon a Time,” we get it: “Frozen” is kind of a big deal, and you want to do just about everything you can to promote it.
ABC has definitely gone into marketing overkill for the season premiering on September 28, but with that being said, we’ll give them credit for this new poster: It’s really pretty cool, obvious snow pun intended. This poster features Elsa (Georgina Haig) front and center, and the blue hues work very well with her character. We even like the way that the font colors go off of the background. The only tricky thing is that for some reason, the typical forest in the background here almost makes it look like Elsa is standing in front of a very blue curtain.
Elsa’s story will be explored almost immediately in the season premiere “A Tale of Two Sisters,” which you can see some photos for here. You’ll find out immediately how she reacts to being in Storybrooke, and given that Rumpelstiltskin is responsible for trapping her in the first place, she will probably not have a whole lot of nice things to say to him.
While we have this present story, we will also dive into the past to find out more about Anna’s upcoming wedding to Kristoff, and how these two characters are preparing for their own future … which may be interrupted in some manner. This is not a show that lets those happy endings happen easily.
