‘The Bridge’ season 2, episode 11 preview: A battle for Demian Bichir, Diane Kruger
Are you looking forward to the road ahead on “The Bridge”? Well, we may not be in one of the most interesting places of the entire season. Eleanor could possibly be gone, but the battle and the border struggles are far from over. So long as Fausto Galvan is out there, we have a hard time really thinking that anything will be over.
The next episode is entitled “Beholder,” and based on the synopsis below, we’d say to not count out the Eleanor character just yet. Some very crazy and interesting things could still happen:
“Marco hits a crossroads in his relationship with Fausto while Sonya squares off with Eleanor. Linder & Eva discuss their future. Frye & Adriana uncover a rift between agencies. Written by Mauricio Katz & Evan Wright; directed by John Dahl.”
This is an episode that looks to be expanding the world once again, and that comes after two weeks where we feel that things were a little more internal as far as the number of storylines goes. This can in many ways be both a good and a bad thing. One of the major benefits that does come out of this is that it is an opportunity to really see more of something as shocking as the Red Ridge shootout, but then you do find yourself in that strange position of sitting around and anxiously waiting anything and everything that could be coming up ahead with characters you may not remember as well. We’ll see what happens next.
