‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 7 spoilers: What lies ahead for Nero, Wendy?

Who would have ever thought that a friendship could be in order for Nero and Wendy on “Sons of Anarchy“? Strange as it may seem, this is actually one of our favorite pairings on the show in terms of getting two great actors together in Jimmy Smits and Drea de Matteo, and then allowing a story to come out of that organically.

There are apparently also quite a few interesting stories still to come with these two. For example, Nero and Wendy are going to what they can to ensure that Abel has some sort of normalcy, and according to Entertainment Weekly, the two are going to go on a trip to get the child enrolled in a school.

Unfortunately, this is “Sons of Anarchy,” and nothing is ever as easy as dropping a child off and hoping for the best. At one point in this journey, expect a confrontation between Nero and some unhappy Chinese, who will be seeking their own brand of vengeance over how Jax is currently hoping with Tara’s death. He still doesn’t know that Gemma is behind it, and until he finds out, just about anyone who has crossed him in the past will become a sudden enemy.

We would say that Nero and Wendy are two characters we would be worried about going into the final season, but we really hope the latter survives especially. She has turned things around before, and given who Jax and Gemma are, we’d hate to see any kid left with one of them at the end of this series. Killing a kid seems to be just too dark, even for this show.
