ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: Another ’24’ alum could visit Nathan FIllion, Stana Katic

Do the producers of “Castle” really love “24”? It certainly seems that way, based on some of their casting. (To be fair, it’s hard not to not love this past season subtitled “Live Another Day,” based mostly on how awesome it was from start to finish.)

According to a new report coming in now from Entertainment Weekly, “24” alum Jeffrey Nording is going appear in an upcoming episode as a prominent developer in the world of real estate, and his latest project is an enormous mall on the Hudson River. Clearly, this is the sort of guy who could have some skeletons in his closet, and it is not too far of a reach to think he will work at some point with either Nathan Fillion or Stana Katic.

Of course, it is only human of you if you want to try and forge a connection here between Nording and another “24” star Annie Wersching, given that her role as Dr. Kelly Nieman on “Castle” is connected back to the 3XK mythology. Basically she is one of the most-important characters out there right now, especially given that it has not even been confirmed if the man otherwise known as Jerry Tyson is even alive. (We imagine that he is, somewhere.)

Unfortunately, the same report claims that there is no word on when Wersching is coming back onto the show, and the fact that these two actors have the same show on their resume may just be coincidental. Time will tell.
