ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4 spoilers: A tease, and a new poster

“Revenge” is definitely keeping coy about some of what you can expect to see in the upcoming fourth season, and for more evidence of this very thing, you don’t have to look any further than the official ABC poster.

If we are being completely honest here, than it should be clear to everyone that there is really nothing that interesting or surprising about this. You may have to click on the image to even see the “what goes around comes around” slogan, which makes this one of the weakest entries in the key art department for the upcoming fall season. You always want to make sure that your brand messaging is on point.

The one thing that is probably the most notable here is the somewhat-ominous sky, which really brings two separate things to light. First, it gives you the impression that everything may be okay, since the sky is pretty beautiful and it is such a wonderful shade of orange. However, clouds are coming in, and this could signal some very big trouble coming for Emily Thorne. This may arrive in the form of Victoria, who is currently locked up in an insane asylum. She she behind a lock and key right now? Sure, but you have to wonder how long that will last.

In terms of waiting on our end, we at least know that the new season of “Revenge” will premiere on ABC come Sunday, September 28 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time. We will have many more updates in the near future.
