‘Homeland’ season 4 spoilers: Quinn’s new concern for Carrie
Is there a reason to be worried for Carrie on “Homeland” season 4? We would imagine that the answer to this would almost certainly be yes, if for no other reason than that there is almost constantly a reason to worry about Carrie. This is a woman who has significant bouts of instability, and who fell for a man who nearly set off a bomb on American soil.
However, the problems that are coming up for Carrie are a little bit different, and may require the help of someone like Quinn to point them out to her. Speaking on this subject to TVLine, Claire Danes explained just what you can ultimately expect to see from her character moving forward:
“Quinn is eager to get out of the [espionage] business and is recognizing behavior in Carrie that he himself has had in the past as an assassin, and he’s concerned for her. So he trying to jar her into ‘consciousness,’ but she’s reluctant to engage.”
So basically, Quinn is worried about her. Aww. In all seriousness, this is probably a good sign for those of you who do actually “ship” the two of them as a couple, and we do very much understand why you do. The only real question for this coming season is just how much you want to enforce a love interest on her right now, since we don’t feel like you necessarily want to pass off the impression that Carrie needs to be with someone.
