‘Major Crimes’ season 3 spoilers: ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ ‘Vampire Diaries’ actress to play…
For the second half of “Major Crimes” season 3, it appears as though we are going to see a little bit more of Lt. Flynn’s family life.
According to a new report coming in right now via TVLine, Torrey DeVitto of “Pretty Little Liars” (Melissa Hastings) and “The Vampire Diaries” (Meredith Fell) has been cast to play the role of Nicole Flynn, a “professional, endearing [woman with] a touch of Flynn’s edge and sense of humor” in at least one episode, the 13th one of the season.
Where this could get a little messy, at least story-wise, is thanks to the fact that Nicole may think that her father and Captain Raydor are involved, and there could be quite a bit of fallout that eventually comes out from here.
What we are really hoping for from the second part of this season is that some of these issues for Raydor are resolved, and that the show can sort of establish a newer mythology for itself again. We’re sure that there will be a season 4 of “Major Crimes” given the show’s popularity, and we would like to see more of a reset before that happens.
Oh, and there is one other thing that we would like to add right now: We hope DeVitto finds a regular job at some point soon, given that she has recurred our guest-starred on quite a few shows as of late, and even her regular role on “Army Wives” was just a one-season thing.
