‘Under the Dome’ season 2, episode 11 preview: First details on ‘Black Ice’
While some summer series are still in the process of wrapping things up right now, “Under the Dome” still has two more installments to until season 2 comes to a close.
Next week, we’re going to be witnessing one in particular where all sorts of terrible things have the potential to happen. the title here is “Black Ice,” and that sounds pretty dangerous in itself. Basically, a series weather crisis is coming into Chester’s Mill, and this is going to be bad enough that the lives of almost every other character in the town are at risk. Some may die, some may suffer, and some may choose to do some crazy things. The cold has a variety of different effects on different people.
To get some general news all about what you can expect right now from this hour, our simple suggestion is to just take a look at the full synopsis below:
“When temperatures begin to plunge, Sam and Rebecca spring into action to try to save the residents of Chester’s Mill. Meanwhile, Barbie risks his own life in order to save Julia after a terrible accident.”
From a momentum standpoint, we simply just want things to continue to be interesting on the show, and to build to some sort of concise direction. We want to know why the dome acts the way that it does by the end of the season, or at least what the purpose is for the people in Chester’s Mill. In the end, we feel like there is only so long that the status quo is probably going to continue to be okay.
