‘So You Think You Can Dance’ results: Were Zach Everhart, Casey Askew, Jacque LeWarne in top 4?

It may be sad news right now, but it’s still true: There are only four dancers left now on “So You Think You Can Dance” after tonight’s episode. This was one of the most dramatic cuts of the season, and definitely one of the hardest. This is what happens when you have six people left who are all very good, and there is no longer a whole lot of breathing room for anyone.

The only flip side to all this is that from a drama point of view, it’s hard to be shocked by almost any result at this stage of the game. Eleven seasons in, and we’ve grown accustomed of seeing favorites not win, and really good people fail to make it to the finale after just one bad week or voters getting a little complacent.

The results that we saw tonight saw both Casey and Jacque ultimately reach the end of the road, and we are sad for them, but not necessarily surprised. Let’s put it this way: The top 6 is one of the worst spots to go out, since you know that you were really good enough to be in the finale. There were just some little bumps in the road somewhere that kept you from doing it.

What makes these final weeks of the competition a little bit crazier for us is that you are basically looking at what could be the final episodes of the show. There is no word on if the competition will be renewed yet again, and the ratings are not great this time.
