‘Falling Skies’ season 4, episode 10 preview: ‘Drawing Straws,’ and ghosts from the past
Through the run of “Falling Skies” on TNT, there has been one thing that has been constant: Actions always have consequences. This is a world of constant life and death, and there is therefore never any real gray area that someone can live within. If you do something to someone, it can come back to you later.
This is potentially one thing that the 2nd Mass will be dealing with on next Sunday’s new episode, but it is not the only thing. Tom works hard to try to score a big victory against the Espheni, and of course there will be some significant obstacles that get in the way of that. “Drawing Straws” is the name of the hour, and you can see more details of what to expect below:
“Tom and the 2nd Mass learn to pilot an airship as part of a perilous mission to destroy the Espheni power core. Meanwhile, long-standing issues impact the group as the threat of death hangs over them.”
Also, a brief programming note with this one: While the tenth episode is traditionally the last one for most seasons, it’s not for this one. Season 4 was given a slightly-longer episode count in 12. That’s a good thing, given that in between Maggie’s complicated web right now and the quest to find even just a sliver of hope, there are a lot of things this show still needs to do before we get to the final season next year. Hopefully, we’ll have more news along the way.
