‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ finale preview: Vicki Gunvalson’s party fowl
Why on earth do the women of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” even decide to have dinner parties anymore? That is a very good question, given that these things almost always end in some sort of disaster. This is made worse by it being the end of a season. At this point, the cast is all exhausted, and they are almost looking for a fight to relieve some of the tension that they have. Unfortunately, it never goes according to plan.
You can see in the promo below that this is going to be a huge source of conflict during Monday night’s finale, but that is not the only occasion for tears. Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Barney are each going to see a child go away from home, and that is a very difficult experience to go from seeing someone every day to rarely seeing them at all.
If you want to get some more details right now in terms of what to expect, check out our official synopsis below:
“The women gather at Vicki’s for a post Bali dinner party and with leftover tensions from the trip still running high, the ladies lay everything on the table. Tamra comes face-to-face with Brooks, and an apology from Shannon’s husband David sparks an unexpected fight. Meanwhile, Vicki’s daughter Briana and Tamra’s son Ryan officially say goodbye to the OC, leaving their mothers in tears.”
Of course, this “finale” is hardly the end of the story. There will be an elaborate reunion show coming up in the weeks ahead, which means that there will be most likely more shouting as Andy Cohen opens old wounds and re-hashes everything from the past several episodes.
