‘The Bridge’ season 2, episode 7 preview: Diane Kruger and further trouble in ‘Lamia’

What is the meaning for “Lamia”? This is the title for next week’s new episode of “The Bridge,” and it is certainly understandable to have some thoughts / theories about it.

What we can tell you right now is that this could be a reference to mythology, and of the Greek queen who first entranced and seduced, only to later prove herself to be a child-eating monster. Sound somewhat like a character on the show right now … especially someone we didn’t see a lot of tonight?

Diane Kruger’s character is also going to uncover some valuable secrets during this hour, which is just one of many things that is teased in the official synopsis that we have for you below:

Sonya uncovers the truth behind Lisa’s death. Marco lies on the record. Frye & Adriana make a discovery that has their loved ones in danger.”

By the end of this episode, hopefully, we’ll have some more answers … and hopefully not anyone close to our two intrepid journalists are killed. Remember that Frye was starting to get very close to the truth, which may be one of the reasons why he’s now suffering potentially and without a job. The dangerous thing for him now is that he still has information, and that can be something that can be dispersed anywhere. This is modern journalism, and there are a variety of other ways that you can distribute the truth rather than just with a major publication.

We are just about at the halfway point of the season now, and what we do feel confident about is that crazy times lie ahead.
