‘Parenthood’ season 6 spoilers: Is there drama for Hank and Sarah ahead?
Just in case you like Hank and Sarah as a couple on “Parenthood,” there’s no real reason to worry right now: It seems that everything is going to be smooth sailing for the couple going into at least the immediate future.
Speaking about this subject to TV Guide, executive producer Jason Katims made it fairly clear that we are going to get more of these two characters, but happy. Now that we are near the end, there may not be as much of the debate as to if they are going to stay together as a couple:
“I don’t want to tell that story again … We wanted to jump forward a little bit with them and move them into a place where they’re more solid as a couple and begin to tell new stories about that relationship. We haven’t really been able to tell blended family stories and that’s something I’m interested in delving into.”
Right now, one of the most pleasant surprises to us as a viewer of the show has just been the simple revelation that Ray Romano has seen the show through. We though upon him first joining that this was going to just be something that featured him for a little while, only for him to move on immediately to the next thing. Luckily, that hasn’t been the case, and he’s given some great performances here in proving yet again that he can do drama work just as well as comedy.
