‘Big Brother 16’ exclusive: Hayden Voss on Jocasta’s eviction, bond with Nicole
While we knew that Hayden Voss was starting to become a target on “Big Brother 16,” we didn’t think until Wednesday night that there was any real chance that he would be going home from the game in the double-eviction. The Detonators getting back together completely screwed him, as did Donny winning the Power of Veto. (He may have still have gone home, but the vote could have been a little closer.) Nonetheless, Hayden is gone from the game for now, since he’s sitting over in jury with a slight possibility of returning to the game.
For those curious about how this interview came about, it was done via email in the time that followed Hayden’s eviction from the game. We obviously can’t ask anything that will impact the outcome of the game, but we’re thrilled to be able to have these Q&As for you the rest of the season.
CarterMatt – Was there ever a moment before Jocasta’s eviction was announced where you thought Zach was going to stay?
Hayden Voss – Not really…I knew Zach was going to have a few votes but I didn’t expect Derrick and Cody to flip.
Why did you blame Christine and Frankie specifically in the final speech?
Just because I knew for a fact they were part of it. I wanted to make sure people knew that but if I could go back and add something, I would include Derrick and Cody in that speech.
If you could give Nicole a piece of advice moving forward in the game, what would it be?
Link up with Donny and fight for your lives!
Do you have any regrets about your strategy or the game you played?
I just regret trusting Derrick and Cody and making that alliance I believed in.
Did you expect coming into the game that you would get as close to someone as you did with Nicole?
I guess I expected to get close to people like that, but not necessarily with a girl in a relationship type style. No one knew we even kissed or anything. Christine and Cody fondle each other more than we do!

I thought Christine was married.
