ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: Who’s joining Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic next?
Ready for the latest “Castle” casting news? We’ve got something for you this time around, and it is coming courtesy of none other than Chad Michael Collins.
In a post on Twitter, the former “Once Upon a Time” and “Ringer” guest star (not to be confused with Chad Michael Murray) made it clear that he will be joining Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion on the show soon, in what we presume given the timing is just a one-episode guest spot. (Technically, he filmed for the show on Thursday, and seemingly worked with both of the show’s leads.)
Thanks in part to the cliffhanger that closed up last season, both the “Castle” creative team and us are hesitant to really share a whole lot of anything when it comes to the story that we are getting this time around. This is something that will probably stay in place until the show’s September 29 premiere, and it really should. The last thing that you want to do is ruin what could be a really cool first two episodes back on the job.
After these two episodes are over, though, we do really hope that there will be some more great one-off episodes with fun guest stars and interesting concepts. We’re certainly still all about getting the rest of the “Firefly” cast on board the show at some point, though we’d also accept almost anyone else in the Joss Whedon universe.
We’ll have even more “Castle” news as we get ever closer to the premiere, so be on the lookout for that!
