‘True Blood’ season 7, episode 8 preview: Alexander Skarsgard, Anna Paquin in ‘Coming Home’
When you have an episode of “True Blood” entitled “Coming Home,” a number of interesting possibilities start to rise to the top. Does this involve someone literally returning home, or is this some sort of spiritual homecoming? “Coming Home” also can have a meaning that relates to death, and that should make you a little worried. Heck, you should be doing that already given what we know about this show to begin with.
For those of you who love Eric Northman and Bill Compton, the good news is that they’re still alive. However, Alexander Skarsgard and Stephen Moyer’s characters are going to have their own philosophies when it comes to life, death, and how to handle what lies ahead. Take a look at the official synopsis below:
“With his prey in sight, Eric reconsiders his end-game strategies against Sarah. Sookie puts her life at risk in hopes of saving Bill. Lettie Mae (Adina Porter) and Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) urge Reverend Daniels (Gregg Daniel) to join them in their V-fueled search for Tara (Rutina Wesley). Violet (Karolina Wydra) eyes payback against those who betrayed her, while an old love is reborn for others.”
There are only three episodes left (sad, we know), and hopefully there will be some more sort of crazy stuff to keep you talking about. It’s strange to think that the show is ending right now, if for no other reason than that there is still so much happening at the moment.
