‘Supernatural’ season 10 spoilers: Kim Rhodes (and many more) returning
For those of you hoping for an influx of more female characters on “Supernatural” season 10, we have some more good news coming your way today: Sheriff Mills will be back!
Speaking to TVLine, showrunner Jeremy Carver confirmed that Kim Rhodes will be back after some great appearances in season 9, and she will not be the only female face officially coming back for more:
“Not only will Sheriff Mills make another appearance, but “we’ll see one character that we introduced last year in ‘The Purge,’ Sheriff Donna Hanscum [played by Brianna Buckmaster], who I think is a lot of fun [and a] wonderful actor.”
Carver has also said that there will for certain be a whole heap of actors coming back for the 200th episode, though there is no confirmation as to who those could be right now. Personally, we’re hoping for a mix of people including Bobby, Kevin, Charlie, Benny, and even Chuck. Hey, we can be greedy, right? Heck, we’d be fine is Mills appears in more than one episode, just so we can have her there to celebrate this big milestone. There are not many shows that make it to 200 episode, and the colorful group of recurring characters here is one of the many reasons “Supernatural” is so popular. You’ve got great leads in Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, and then you are able to consistently surround them with fun guests who continually bring their own flavor to the table.
“Supernatural” returns on The CW Tuesday, October 2, but you better believe that we’ll have much more to share on the show before then.
