‘Homeland’ season 4 spoilers: The first few episode titles revealed!
Are you ready to dive back into the world of “Homeland“? The show will be returning to Showtime this fall, and we at least have some more scoop now in the form of episode titles.
Sometimes with this show, there is some sort of scoop that you can get just from looking at these alone. “The Star” turned out to be symbolic of Carrie’s attempt to honor Brody’s contributions, while “Tower of David” was emblematic of the horrific conditions that Damian Lewis’ character was living in following his exile from America.
These titles come to us now courtesy of SpoilerTV.
Episode 4×01, “The Drone Queen” – No surprise here. Drone strikes have become key subjects of conversation on many dramas right now, including another one in “24” from executive producer Howard Gordon.
Episode 4×02, “Tryion and Perisphere” – An odd title, given that these two structures, a spire and a sphere, were the center figures of the 1939 World’s Fair. It’s hard to get the connection between this and a show set in modern-day Pakistan. We personally believe these two structures were created to signal the beginning of a new era, and a movement away from the dark times of the Great Depression earlier in the decade.
Episode 4×03, “Shalwar Kameez” – This is a little easier to understand, given that this is a form of clothing worn by many in the Pakistan region. It at least ties closer to the story that two figures from the end of the 1930s.
