‘Supernatural’ season 10 spoilers: Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Micha Collins, and Comic-Con fun

The “Supernatural” panel at Comic-Con is almost always a blast, mostly because Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Misha Collins are all guys who fully “get” this experience and have fun with it. They’ve been there countless times, and always seem to have fun with the crowd while also sharing some teasers on what lies ahead.

So what is the main talking point right now? Demon Dean, who Jensen is having a blast playing right now. This is a guy so unhinged that even Crowley (Mark Sheppard, who was also in attendance) may eventually think that being around him is a bad idea. Dean no longer has anything really regulating him, and Padalecki’s Sam is still waiting for information.

How is Castiel going to work his way into all of this? Despite having less grace and less spirit about him at the start of this season, the character will prioritize helping to save Dean over really even helping himself … which could have some consequences.

As for a few other assorted teasers…

• Demon Dean will be in possession of the famous car, which is probably not the best news ever for the car.
• Collins had a hilarious quip where he claimed that his pal William Shatner would have to audition for the show just like everyone else if he wants to audition.
• Showrunner Jeremy Carver promised that some fan-favorite female characters will return this season.
• Osric Chau made a cameo appearance, and tried to cask Carver when Kevin would be coming back. Carver wouldn’t bite on a response.
• The 200th episode sounds epic, in between the singing, the title of “Fan Fiction,” and the notion of it as a “love letter” to longtime fans.
