‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 5 spoilers: Watch for ‘It Takes a Village’

Anytime you have a show that features the word “hospital” in its official episode description that is not typically set at a hospital should make you a little off-guard. We have a very hard time imagining otherwise.

So when we at least see that word for the August 12 episode of “Rizzoli & Isles” that is entitled “It Takes a Village,” it does at least manage to capture our attention a little bit. Want to see some more of what you can expect right now? Then take a look at the aforementioned synopsis:

“Mummified remains of a woman put the team’s investigative skills to the test. Jane works from her hospital room as she, with Maura’s and her family’s support, seeks to recover from a devastating loss.”

This sounds ominous … and sad. “Devastating” is another major buzz word here. This is one of those episodes that you may need to put on your “absolutely must watch now” list, mostly in fear that if you don’t, there may be someone else who comes out and spoils it for you before you have a chance to watch.

There are a couple of episodes coming on the air before this one, and hopefully you will get a chance with these to see more of what lies ahead for some of the other characters, as well. Also, we expect a little bit of comedy in there. Due to the passing of Lee Thompson Young and whatever is coming up later this summer, this has been a season so far with many super-serious moments in it from start to finish.
