ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4 spoilers: How Emily VanCamp’s story will involve unlikely help

Emily VanCamp has gotten to do a variety of interesting (and at times crazy) things throughout the first four seasons of “Revenge,” there is something coming up that will still surprise many: She’s having to ask for help. Whether it’s Emily Thorne or Amanda Clarke we are talking about here, one of her common characteristics is that this is not someone who needs others to lend her a helping hand.

Suffice it to say, we’re very intrigued to see what happens when she turns to Jack to help her uncover more of who Amanda should actually be. This isn’t a person she has been in a very long time, and it’s safe to say she’ll need some reminders. Just take a look at what executive producer Aaron Harberts said to E! News for evidence of that:

“There’s one person who knows who Amanda Clarke is and it’s Jack … There’s someone else, and it’s David, but we really love the idea that Emily’s going to turn to Jack to ask for help in reidentifying and redeveloping her identity. He’s going to be key this season, really key this season.” 

As a longtime lover of the Jack character, here’s to see him more involved! We’ve been very happy ever since he knew the truth about Emily, even though there were obviously some hurt feelings at first when it came to the secret.
