‘White Collar’ season 6 spoilers: Matt Bomer lays out big story for Neal

WhatWhile you have heard little tidbits here and there on what the story of “White Collar” season 6 could be, there have not been many opportunities (at least until now) to get some straight-up story details from a guy who would know a thing or two all about it: Star Matt Bomer.

Speaking to TVLine, the Emmy nominee went through the specific organization that Neal Caffrey will find himself a part of in the last season of the show, along with what some of his goals for this could be for the time being:

“It revolves around the greatest crime ring in the world, which is a group that actually exists, called The Pink Panthers. Neal is trying to become a mole in their organization in order to get his freedom from the FBI. Old characters come back and new characters are introduced. Drama ensues.”

Sound exciting? It at least brings the show back somewhat to its roots, which is Neal being pulled by two different forces, whether it be the part of him that is a thief, and then the part of him that is working for the government. This is complicated further by the fact that he probably feels like the FBI themselves are pretty significant thieves in a way, given how they have taken away a shot at freedom for him now … and in a pretty depressing way at the end of season 5.

Still, there is no firm premiere date for when you can check the end of the series out. There’s no reason why the episodes would not be ready for November, and that’s when we are personally hoping to see them.
