‘The Leftovers’ episode 4 preview: Justin Theroux back in the spotlight
Tonight on “The Leftovers,” we had an episode that was in many ways unorthodox from anything that we’ve seen so far, and that is really something when you remember that this show has already been more than a little bit strange. Matt was more of the focus than Kevin, but we did get to see a greater depiction of what life is like for the troubled faith community in the midst of the departure.
For all of you who are fans of Justin Theroux, we imagine that next week’s episode “B.J. and the A.C.” will give you a little more of something to look forward to. Kevin will have a much more substantial role as he takes on a new case as chief of police, but it is not one that is going to be anywhere near as easy as it first looks. Not only that, but you also have the Guilty Remnant continuing to make their presence felt in whatever strange way that they can.
Just in case all of this information is not enough for you, just take a look at some further news on what you can expect in the attached synopsis:
“A holiday display goes wanting, sending Kevin scurrying to find out who is responsible. Tom and Christine run into trouble at a hospital and on the road. Kevin retrieves a surprise detainee from a neighboring police station, and receives unexpected visitors at home. The Guilty Remnant put its stamp on the holiday season.”
Let’s just hope that nobody gets so desperate tonight that they go to a casino. We never knew things could be so tense.
