NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 7 spoilers: Who is working with Adam Levine?

The latest -Advisers on “The Voice” really do not fill that interesting of a purpose. They sit around during the Battle Rounds (our least favorite part of the competition), offer up some advice, and then have no real stake on who moves forward, and who goes home. The biggest reason for their existence right now seems to merely be star power. You can advertise some more famous people appearing on the show, and that is a great way of staying in the news.

So for season 7, the first person that is seemingly confirmed to be advising is none other than Stevie Nicks. According to the Associated Press, the Fleetwood Mac superstar will help Adam Levine with his contestants prior to them performing on the stage. While we may dislike this potion of the competition, we love the choice of Stevie. She is a true music icon, and this is not a case of you having to make up adjectives to describe a lesser star. Also, she proved on “American Idol” a few years back that she is really good at nurturing talent to be the best it can possibly be.

So based on all of this alone, we feel pretty confident when we say that Adam is going to have a leg up with his team, at least unless someone else manages to come out and deliver some other A-list star power to help them out. Given the contacts that Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani, and Blake Shelton have, it’s possible. We also figure that two of them are going to want to make a name for themselves after never doing the show before.

For now, what do you think about Stevie working with Adam and his team? Let us know below, and head over here if you want to get some more updates worth singing about now courtesy of our CarterMatt Newsletter.
