‘Teen Wolf’ season 4, episode 3 preview: A not-so-‘Muted’ sneak peek

Remember those questions about whether or not “Teen Wolf” season 4 was going to be as dark as some of what came before it? There was at least for a little while when we thought that there was a somewhat more light-hearted version of the show coming up in the future.

However, that idea turned out to be relatively short-lived, and the super-creepy sneak peek below is further evidence of that. This is proof that there are many things that go bump in the night … but it’s really not enough evidence of something that most diehard fans of the show want to see.

When in the world is this Benefactor story going to really get going? This is something that was first teased as a major part of the fourth season a while back, and while there have been interviews and suspicions all about it, we don’t feel like we have dived far enough into the world of this character yet. There is great potential here, and it has not been met yet in its entirety.

Then again, you could argue rather fairly that the show has been pretty darn preoccupied as of late with some other stuff, such as Kate Argent returning and also the crisis that took place for Derek this past week. Now that so much of that is squared away, the characters may be able to focus a little bit more on other things … and the same goes for the show. We’ll just have to wait and see around the time this episode ends.
