‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Over-analyzing, complaining, and fireworks

There are some things in the “Big Brother 16” house that never change, and that includes Devin not being able to shut up about anything.

Even though tonight is the 5th of July, the houseguests have booze for the first time in a while, and most people are not in game mode prior to the Power of Veto Competition tomorrow, he still felt the need to sit down with Hayden and feed him this line about him being in the Battle of the Block to ensure that Brittany and Paola lost … even though Paola had already agreed to throw the competition, which she didn’t even need to agree to because she is absolutely terrible in challenges.

The truth here is that nobody in the house believes Devin on anything, and he’ll probably find that out next week when he is not allowed to be Head of Household. The only safe haven he has is in the event that Caleb ends up winning again and gets power. Otherwise, he’s completely screwed.

There is not a whole lot that has changed as of right now, at least in that Brittany still seems to be the target (despite some whispers about getting rid of Paola), and Zach is more than excited about the prospect of Victoria being named a possible replacement nominee. He really hates her, mostly because she acts entitled and is not polite to anyone. The only situation that will be interesting the rest of the week is if Paola wins the Veto somehow, and then it is between Brittany (who is more liked in the house) and Victoria.

The houseguests may get a chance to go watch some July 4 fireworks a little later, and are all dressed in patriotic gear for the celebration. This is a nice little chance for them to get their heads out of the game … even for just a second.
