ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 4: Katie Lowes, Bellamy Young, more offer advice
Are you ready for “Scandal” to come on the air already? We certainly understand if you are, but we would caution you for the time being to have a little bit of patience. The show hasn’t even started filming just yet, even though there are some scripts that have been written in preparation for Olivia Pope and Associates’ next move.
In the end, this article is mostly all about advice … or at least the sort of advice that some of the actors from the show would give their characters if they really had an opportunity to. There are certainly some people within this world who need a little guidance, given that we have a woman who has made out with a torturer, others who are involved with multiple affairs, leaders of secret government organizations, and then just the garden-variety villains.
The following quotes were given by three particular stars to BuzzFeed when asked about this particular question of advice.
Katie Lowes (Quinn) – “If I could give one piece of advice to Quinn, I’d tell her: Find a hobby other than torturing people. Allow that to be the job, but then find some time for yourself. To knit. Or jog. Or find a nice guy who hasn’t killed ANYONE.”
Bellamy Young (Mellie) – “Here’s the thing about Mellie: She’s not gonna take your advice anyway! So better to just give her some support, tell her she’s on the right track, and maybe hide her booze when she’s not looking. That way, everybody wins.”
Jeff Perry (Cyrus) – “My one piece of advice for Cyrus going into Season 4: Pay attention to your baby girl!”
Just for fun, we’ve come up with a list of some advice that we’d also give the other characters on the show.
Olivia – Just pick a guy already! Please, it would make life so much easier.
Fitz – Get your romantic life together, then maybe actually focus on being a great President for a change?
Abby – Show the world how awesome you are without getting at times overshadowed.
Rowan – Just don’t die. Please.
Jake – Pay close attention to what Rowan did in your job. Then, don’t do that.
