‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 6: A Paul Wesley video, script news
The first thing that we’ll report where when it comes to “The Vampire Diaries” is a tiny little note when it comes to season 6: Some of the actors have already seen the scripts! Stephen R. McQueen (Jeremy) posted as such on Twitter, saying that he has read the first two episodes already for the next season. You still have a while to wait until the show returns on Thursday, October 2, but it is nice to hear that all parties involved do seem to enjoy what they are seeing so far.
As for some other news, want to see a new video featuring Paul Wesley? He, like “Glee” star Naya Rivera, is working with Welcome.us in an effort to further promote Immigrant Heritage Month. This is a chance for him to share some of his own story as a first-generation Polish-American, it is a story that many other actors out there can relate to. While not all of them came to the United States at the same age that Paul did, just look at all of the actors on the show who were born in other countries, whether it be Nina Dobrev, or the crew from “The Originals” that includes Daniel Gillies, Joseph Morgan, Claire Holt, and Phoebe Tonkin.
Paul is going to become a very busy man soon. The new season of “The Vampire Diaries” begins filming on The CW next month, and it will go throughout most of the fall in preparation of the show’s return. It’s also likely that the series will return to Comic-Con in San Diego, though nothing is official yet.
