2014 Daytime Emmys: Kathy Griffin talks Bethenny Frankel, Kris Jenner, more

If you enjoy Kathy Griffin, then one thing that you should be very familiar with by now is that she is someone who really does not hold anything back. This is true when she trolls Anderson Cooper every New Year’s Eve on CNN, and this is also true when she hosts an awards show.

Kathy on Sunday was the master of ceremonies for the Daytime Emmy Awards, which in turn led to her being a variety of somewhat-awkward-but-funny moments as she talked about people drinking, how this show is different than some of the others out there, and how last year was incredibly strange for her.

In a moment that we are sure Bethenny Frankel is off somewhere hating, Kathy claimed that the daytime host hated being at the show for most of last year, and also proceeded to complain that she wanted to leave the majority of the time that she was there. Meanwhile, she said that she had to sit across from Kris Jenner after she has trashed the Kardashians in her act for many years. This also happened to be the same day that North West was born last year. Does anyone else find this completely hilarious how evil the people who do the seating charts at this award show are?

The best part of this monologue came at the end, when Kathy claimed that the year prior there was someone who was so drunk at the show that they were not even able to get off of the toilet in the restroom. Ouch. You can see the entire video below, but be warned that there is strong language.
