‘Switched at Birth’ season 3, episode 13 preview: Relationship woes for many

Tomorrow night on “Switched at Birth” is going to be the breaking point for many couples, and also the chance for one other one to start without any strings attached … at least in theory.

As the promo below will show you, the couple that is clearly going their separate ways one way or another is Bay and Tank, given that she has already been with Emmett, and there really is not any sort of future there. The problem that she faces now is finding the right way to end it that does not lead to either worse heartbreak or rage than he would feel just based on the situation alone.

Meanwhile, Daphne is also going to have a few more woes of her own, and the fear to us with that is strictly the thought of losing RJ Mitte as a guest star. For the time being, his future on this show is somewhat of a mystery. This has been his first major gig since departing “Breaking Bad,” and it has been a great fit for him in the sense that he can play a completely different kind of character, and one that is not largely in the dark about some crazy things that his father is up to.

This episode should provide answers to most of the things that you are wondering about, and also set the stage for the rest of this summer. There are still many episodes left, so one way or another you can expect further twists and turns.
