’24: Live Another Day’ episode 9 preview: Yvonne Strahovski, Michelle Fairley on

Did you really think that President Heller’s “sacrifice” on “24: Live Another Day” last week was really going to work at all to stop Margot Al-Harazi from doing more of what she does? Well if you did, you are probably going to be very disappointed upon seeing what the terrorist is up to on Monday night.

As Michelle Fairley explains in the video below, Margot still has a plan that she is working to execute, and with Heller out of the way it might be easier for her to move forward than it has been to date. Unfortunately for her, though, there are still some people standing in her way. Namely, we’re talking here of course about Jack Bauer and Kate Morgan. They still have the capacity to be awesome and take down bad guys, and they will do everything they can in order to do so.

Yvonne Strahovski is also quick to explain in the video a little bit about what Kate is going to try to do in an effort to keep terrible things from happening, and also her own plans and motivations. Kate is probably one of the best created characters “24” has made on the side of good in some time. She comes across as flawed, authentic, and very interesting to watch. This is why we would not be opposed to seeing more Strahovski on the series, even if for some reason Jack Bauer is not a part of it anymore. (With that being said, we’d much rather have Jack around thanks to the gravitas he brings to proceedings.)
