’24: Live Another Day’ episode 9 preview: Moving beyond Heller shocker
Tonight, “24” either had one of its most predictable death scenes to date, or they have put the wheels in motion for what could ultimately be one of their most elaborate magic tricks to date.
Is President Heller really dead, or is there a deeper plan in place here to flush out Margot Al-Harazi once and for all? We will probably not find out everything on next week’s 201st episode for the series, but there should be some further information on what Jack and Kate have planned moving forward.
If you want some further information now, then take a look at the synopsis below from Fox:
“Jack and Chloe have a plan in place to eliminate the terrorist threat before any more attacks rock London. With no time to spare and lives on the line, Jack and Kate pursue crucial leads in an attempt to gain the upper hand on the incredibly intense circumstances. Meanwhile, key players reveal their true colors.”
At this point, what we hope more than anything else is that this story is really building towards something that could be truly exciting, and blow the lid off of anything that we anticipated could happen going into this season. Don’t feel the need to rush into the Margot vs. Jack Bauer showdown; there is every bit of evidence in here that she is real villain of the season at this point, so keep milking that out for as long as you can to make the conclusion that much more dramatic.
