‘Mistresses’ season 2, episode 3 preview: One awkward office meeting

Do you watch “Mistresses” for the moments of watching characters throw not-so-subtle shade at one another? If that is the case, then we imagine that the sneak peek below for Monday night’s new episode is going to be right up your alley.

There really isn’t too much to say here beyond just the fact that Dom is becoming quite the hot-button issue, isn’t he? We imagine that this is only going to become even more insane for Savi before it starts to get better, given that we are of course just in the third episode of the season and there is so much more here still to come.

The question that we see after this is how Savi is going to continue to handle dealing with something like this in the workplace. It’s not going to be easy for her, and there are already a flurry of emotions and things going on already.

Are there some other stories to also navigate through here? Definitely, but for some reason ABC likes to highlights ones focusing on specific characters more often than not. Maybe they feel like we care about these people more than others, but at the moment we admittedly just feel like the show is working too hard to prove that it is “soapy,” and it isn’t quite feeling natural. These first two episodes have been a slide over the end of last season, and it really needs to pick some things up now.
