‘Homeland’ season 4 spoilers: Who Corey Stoll is working with
Corey Stoll certainly has the distinction at the moment of being one of the luckiest guys out there. Not only was the actor nominated for many awards thanks to his role on “House of Cards,” but he is now gearing up for another big one on the upcoming fourth season of “Homeland.”
So who will he be playing? We’ve already teased that the actor is set to play the CIA station chief in Pakistan, but we have two minor details to add to this courtesy of the actor’s recent interview with E! News.
- He is an up-and-comer at the agency, meaning that he may actually still have some things to learn from the other characters.
- He will be working extensively with Claire Danes, which furthers long the talk that most of this season will be in Pakistan rather than Turkey, even though that was supposedly where Carrie was stationed at the end of season.
Ultimately, you are going to have Stoll and the rest of the cast filming the new season mostly in South Africa this month, which is certainly a deviation from last season, which was shot mostly in North Carolina save for some spots here and there in Morocco once you got near the end. This means that there will definitely be a distinctive look to the new episodes, but at the same time it may be harder to recruit further guest stars thanks mostly to all of the traveling that is involved here.
There is no firm premiere date yet for “Homeland” season 4, but we would expect to see the show back in early October.
