‘White Collar’ season 6: Some more fun via Tim DeKay, cast
After seeing how much work fans put into the effort to make “White Collar” season 6 happen, there is a certain amount of joy now that comes with knowing that production is officially underway.
While there are not many major updates out there right now when it comes to filming, we do have some great reminders that everyone seems to be enjoying being back at work again. The first bit of evidence is the fun Instragam image below via Tim DeKay (Peter), which shows himself and Tiffani Thiessen’s Elizabeth on the sign hanging on his dressing room. It is sort of cool that the production is embracing the characters and the sense of fun as much as ever while the story is winding down.
As for the other evidence today, it is merely a tweet from Willie Garson (Mozzie) reminding you of just how awesome the people who work on the show are:
“Who is better than our smiling, welcoming, hardworking, supportive, and lovely NY crew on @WhiteCollarUSA? NOBODY, that’s who….”
There is an extra reason to take pride in the fact that the show films in New York City: There aren’t too many other dramas that do anymore. “Suits” substitutes Toronto for the Big Apple as a cost-saving measure, and there are many other shows and movies that now do the same. While filming in the city can be expensive, this show has done a remarkable job over the years of using important landmarks in Manhattan in order to push the story along further. You wouldn’t be able to that if you were filming elsewhere.
