‘Suits’ season 4 spoilers: More bumps in the road for Mike and Rachel

What in the world is going to be coming up on “Suits” season 4? The best thing that we can say is that you better extent a plethora of major developments, and also possible changes when it comes to the relationship statuses of a few beloved people. (We know that this will be the most troubling thing to many out there.)

One particular pair that could be in big trouble right now is Mike and Rachel, who according to show creator Aaron Korsh (per TV Guide) have a long and tricky road ahead to make things work. It is pretty easy to look at what many of their obstacles are. For one, Rachel is going to be extremely busy thanks to law school, and then you have to add to that that Mike is going to be working at a separate place rather than the firm with Harvey and Jessica. That is not a whole lot of time to spend together.

Another reason to be worried? The sole fact that apparently, the couple was originally meant to be split up during the show’s third season, though that didn’t happen for some reason. (Call it luck?) Korsh has yet to decide whether or not he wants to take the two of them in this direction when season 4 picks up. That may be a good sign that they at least do not split in the early going, given that the premiere airs on June 11 and that episode was filmed a while ago.
