‘Britain’s Got Talent’ spoilers: Ed Drewett, James Smith, Jodi Bird among lineup for show #2
Mere hours after the first “Britain’s Got Talent” live show came to a close, we already are starting to get more and more information regarding who will be coming around the bend next. ITV has announced the performers for the second live show of the season, and they include the following.
Ed Drewett – The singer/songwriter who was pegged an early favorite, and would be even without being partly responsible for writing “Best Song Ever.”
Ricky K – Is he a comic or just a guy who makes funny faces to music? We cannot figure it out.
SweetChix – A girl band with potential, but there is no denying to us that they are on the wrong show.
Mini Moves – This dance group will get some votes just for being cute, but they’re not experienced enough for this.
Kony Puppets – We did not find this interesting so much as just downright creepy. No more Beyonce puppet, please!
Jodi Bird – She has a challenge in that she’s a 15-year old performing stage songs that are so much older than her. She is talented, but appealing to the mainstream could be tough.
James Smith – A young singer with a guitar. He’ll get votes just for that, and it may be enough for him to make it to the next round.
Bold Dog FMX Team – An awesome act with tricks and danger implemented into it. We just want to know what else they can really do.
The Addict Initiative – We prefer a creepy dance group to yet another generic one, but with there being so many other acts like this, it could be a tough sell.
This will be very boring, but we feel like James and Ed are the two that will get put through, which gives us three out of four singers so far. Outside of the bikers, it’s hard to see any of the variety acts really stepping it up enough.
