‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Andi Dorfman, Josh Murray, Nick Viall, and the future

Tonight on “The Bachelorette,” we learned effectively what you do with a drunken suitor: You send his butt home! There was nothing else to do with Craig, who went from bad to worse over the course of the hour as he tried to make up for being drunk by singing like he was still drunk.

Luckily, Andi Dorfman had some of her first kisses (Chris and Josh), and moved forward with a crop of seemingly-great guys still at her disposal. Now, the question comes as to what will be coming up on the show next week. Josh Murray, Nick Viall, and Chris Soules have established themselves as three of the favorites, but only one of them has received a one-on-one date so far. Meanwhile, some others including Marquel and Austin are still out there and have to be considered.

Josh and Nick were specifically highlighted near the end of the episode Monday as having some big moments ahead with Andi … but seemingly so does Eric Hill after his first one-on-one date. Some of the biggest drama is clearly still to come, and the old “you may have a girlfriend” business is starting to come up yet again on the show.

The biggest thing to take away from the promo, though, was that there is a two-night event coming up like we’ve seen in past seasons. So there will be one new episode Sunday, and then another on Monday. The reason for that is merely because of the fact that “Bachelor in Paradise” is coming later this summer, and the show needs to make sure that there is time for that on Monday nights.
