‘The Good Wife’ season 6 spoilers: Is Zach Florrick’s time on the show over?
Are we getting set to see a major change on “The Good Wife” when it comes to its cast … or at least when it comes to how often we are going to see one of them? That is at least something that must be discussed.
At the end of season 5, it certainly looked as though the series found a good way to write off the Zach Florrick character courtesy of him going off to college. If they wanted to get rid of the character forever, they could very easily do that. They just would not bring him back, and excuse his absence most of the time with him being away and doing other things.
However, you will be pleased to know now that this is not going to happen. According to a new report from E! News, executive producer Robert King claims that there are still plans to use the Florrick children. Whether or not they will be regulars is still to be seen, but even if they are not, we cannot really see too many people protesting that in the slightest. The children are interesting in small doses, but we feel like the vast majority of people who watch “The Good Wife” do it for the intrigue and the drama. We want to gossip about all of the adult / attorney characters! We’re not so much interested in sitting around and discussing some of the people who we really do not see outside of the firm or in Alicia’s life in that way.
“The Good Wife” season 6 will return this fall, and we’ll have more news before that time arrives.
