‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 spoilers: A small (but effective) Tom Mison tease
As of this moment, you are probably missing a number of your favorite network shows; however, you may be missing “Sleepy Hollow” more than most since it has been such a long time since it was last on the air. The newest batch of episodes is already filming, though, and the advantage that comes with that is the opportunity to actually discuss some of what could be coming up.
Of course, Tom Mison still has to be coy when it comes to setting up the general storylines and themes that are ahead for the show; however, he was kind enough to say to E! News that all fans / Sleepyheads should expect there to be “more flashbacks, exploring the core of the characters and expanding the world of Sleepy Hollow. There will be new characters coming in exposing new problems.” It’s a somewhat-generic teaser, but still a pretty valuable one.
What we are perhaps the most interested to see when it comes to the show moving forward is whether or not anyone on board can resist the temptation to turn this story into something that is strictly serialized, or that with some procedural elements thrown in. The effectiveness of the first season was that you had a little bit of both, and with this show, continuing that trend may be the right move. It is not often that we really campaign for something like that, but it gives you more opportunities to explore the world of Sleepy Hollow, meet new faces, and also in this case allow for Katrina’s transition into the modern world.

I want more flashbacks to ichabod’s life in colonial sleepy hollow and more of his reaction to modern life and the inaccuracies he finds we have perpetuated in history.

I’m interested in Katrina’s back story — was she a Sleepy Hollow native or did she travel there with family or her coven? How did she meet Abraham? Would also love to see more of Ichabod’s father
