‘Modern Family’ season 5 finale preview: Will Cam and Mitchell get married?

Everyone has been stoked to see Mitchell and Cam finally tie the knot and become a married couple, but in true “Modern Family” tradition, nothing ever goes as planned and this includes their highly anticipated wedding.

On the last episode of “Modern Family” we saw Cam and Mitchell face a couple of bumps in the road on their wedding day including Cam’s tuxedo getting stuck at the dry cleaners and a wildfire that forced their wedding to start a few hours early. Just as Cam and Mitchell were about to walk down the aisle, firefighters crashed the wedding to tell everyone that the wildfires are headed straight for them. Will they actually get to say their “I do’s” tonight?

ABC has always been pretty great at giving us promos for their new episodes that include enough new footage to get us excited for what’s to come without giving away the whole farm and the promo for tonight’s finale is no exception. In the promo below we see that the wedding will be in complete chaos. Firefighters will be everywhere, Cam and Mitchell will be driving in a car being attacked by butterflies and Gloria and Jay will be more then a little stressed over the break up of Cam’s parents.

Do you think that we are going to see Cam and Mitchell get married or will this be another road block that stops this union from happening? We have been waiting for this wedding for years now, so if ABC decides to pull a fast one and not give us the Cam and Mitchell wedding of our dreams, expect a little bit of nerd rage in tonight’s review.
