ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 23 (finale) spoilers: One last Stana Katic – Nathan Fillion tease

Before we do anything else when it comes to talking about “Castle” right now, let’s start this off for this for all of you Twitter fanatics right now: Nathan Fillion and Eddie McClintock are each going to be live-tweeting tonight’s episode. Nathan’s Twitter is consistently a good source for all things delightful, so you know that this is going to be a good time.

As for what we have today, we’re continuing our tradition of sharing a Canadian promo before the new episode … but this one is actually not nearly as insightful as some others that we have presented over the years. There’s actually not much in here that is brand-new footage, which CTV has been good at giving us in the past. The biggest thing that is new here is seeing Castle’s reaction to the news that he and his fiancee (played of course by Stana Katic) are at the mercy of a guy from her past when it comes to whether or not they are able to tie the knot.

Hopefully, this episode is going to be a fun one that really embraces everything that we love about “Castle,” and not a story that takes itself particularly seriously. However, we still cannot help it that we tend to worry about surprises from time to time, and despite our belief that maybe this will be a wonderfully happy episode, maybe something horrible could come and leave us with a cliffhanger. After all, Castle and Beckett do still have enemies out there, even with Senator Bracken now out of the way.
