‘Criminal Minds’ season 9, episode 23 (finale) spoilers: Could Reid, Garcia, or Morgan die?
There are a few words when it comes to “Criminal Minds” this season that tend to send a chill down the spine of even some of the most hardcore fans: “To Be Continued.” Nobody wants to see this as things are wrapping up.
Moving into this episode, it pretty clear that there are some characters (see: Reid and Morgan) who are in danger. Also, it looks like someone in Garcia could be called upon to do some things that are out of the ordinary for her, which means that she may be in trouble. This episode is chillingly entitled “Demons,” and you can see the synopsis below for more of what you can expect:
“The BAU continues its murder investigation in Texas, and clues uncover a deep web of corruption that could be the motive for the killings. Meanwhile, as one team member’s life hangs in the balance, another concerned BAU member must face a sad secret from the past, and Garcia is thrust into action to save a colleague, on the conclusion of the two-part ninth season finale.”
This episode will feature the same guest cast as “Angels,” which makes sense given that we are looking at a two-parter. We come into it certainly with some uneven feelings. On one side of the coin, we are really freaking out over the idea of losing someone. At the same time, isn’t it nice when “Criminal Minds” makes something that puts you this much on your edge of your seat?

The show should change its name to “Criminal Mind” starring P. Garcia. She finds the unsub in every episode and solves every case from her laptop in Quantico. It started around season 7, but seasons 8-9 have been the worst! Between her witty banter with Morgan and desperate need for love and attention, she has quickly become an annoying and dreadful on screen presence. PLEASE tone down her character or get rid of her. Make Ashley Seaver the tech-girl. Garcia can train her in 1 episode and quit! Sounds good.
