‘Glee’ season 5 spoilers: Lea Michele, Heather Morris, and nearing the end of filming

In just a matter of days now, “Glee” season 5 will be over. That means that we’ll have to wave farewell to what was at times a headline-grabbing year due to tragedy off set and supposed conflict on it, but in the end, there is still hope that the show is going to say farewell with plenty of hope for the characters’ future.

The most interesting thing for us today is simply the fact that the cast is still working on the show in some capacity. The episode being filmed now airs in under two weeks! It’s a good thing that everyone is almost done with it, because they are really working

Lea Michele herself is who confirmed the news about us nearing the end of the filming period, and it is all courtesy of the following message placed on Lea’s official Twitter account:

“2nd to last day of season 5 of #Glee! I can’t believe how fast the year went by..Get to watch @MsAmberPRiley sing and #Hemo dance today!”

Seeing more of Amber has been one of the biggest surprises to us of the entire season, mostly because of the fact that at one point, “Dancing with the Stars,” her character being in Los Angeles, and also her not being a series regular were all keeping her away. Having more of Heather Morris as Brittany was also a nice surprise, given that at one point, her only appearances were going to be during the two-part episode that aired as a part of the 100th episode celebration. The irony here is that Naya Rivera was reportedly written out of the finale, even though she plays Brittany’s onscreen love interest. Naya’s rep has denied that she was fired, so we will just have to see what happens here.
